Once the startup difficulties of any factory are overcome, and if the factory management believes in cultivating good worker relationships, then a very low worker turnover can be achieved. Strikes, bus stoppages, gangs, and frequent criminal activities are usually related to larger cities and have yet to be seen in the area of Free Zone Las Palmeras.
